Ramsay Health Care Limited (ASX: RHC) has confirmed that discussion between Ramsay, Sime Darby Berhad and IHH Healthcare Berhad related to the Indicative Offer have concluded. The negotiations have not led to in a binding contract for the sale of Ramsay Sime Darby.
On 22 March 2022, the Company announced that Ramsay and Sime Darby Holdings Berhad received a confidential, conditional, nonbinding, indicative offer from IHH Healthcare Berhad to acquire complete 50:50 joint venture in Asia, Ramsay Sime Darby Health Care Sdn. Bhd.
