Ragnar Metals Limited (ASX: RAG) announced the successful acquisition of two new lithium projects in Sweden. Through a comprehensive analysis of country-wide datasets, Ragnar identified and secured licenses for the Halleberget Lithium Project and the Bergom Lithium Project. The Halleberget Lithium Project is strategically situated just 10km north of the Jarkvissle lithium pegmatite deposit and has demonstrated promising exploration results, including outcropping lithium-bearing pegmatites with historical assays of up to 0.473% Li2O (lithium oxide), 196 ppm Ta (parts per million tantalum) and 4.48% Sn (percentage of tin).
On the other hand, the Bergom Lithium Project features widespread unexplored pegmatite outcrops, with one historical assay returning 0.172% Li2O, 95 ppm Ta, and 0.38% Sn. Ragnar is embarking on its initial reconnaissance field program to assess the regional prospectively of these tenure areas, which are considered highly prospective for lithium pegmatite discoveries.Bottom of Form
