PVW Resources (ASX: PVW) announces that CPS Capital Group Pty Ltd, Its Broker and corporate Advisor, has successfully secured commitments of AU$1,150,000 for a two-stage share placement to support its exciting acquisition of Brazil-registered Scanty Mineracao Ltda.
The first stage involves the Placement of 25 million shares under current listing Rule 7.1 and 7.1A capacity, while the second stage will comprise 32.5 million shares subject to shareholder approval. Notably, its management will also participate in the second tranche of the Placement with an investment of AU$70,000, demonstrating its unwavering commitment. The raised funds will be crucial in advancing the acquisition of Scanty Brazil, bolstering its exploration activities, assessing other project opportunities, and supporting its working capital needs, all of which are key to its future growth and success. In anticipation of these significant developments, The company is preparing to convene a general meeting of shareholders to vote on resolutions related to the acquisition of Scanty Brazil and the Placement.
