Pureprofile ltd (ASX: PPL) has unveiled its impressive financial performance for 2023, achieving a record AU$43.7 million in revenue from its continuing business units, marking a substantial 23% growth compared to the previous year. The company served 791 clients in various projects throughout the fiscal year, a significant increase from the 721 clients in the previous corresponding period (pcp). Notably, Pureprofile achieved remarkable progress with a 42% growth in EBITDA (excluding significant items) within its continuing business segments.
The platform revenue also surged by 38% on a year-on-year basis, driven by increased recruitment of panellists through Audience Builder partnerships. The company bolstered its financial position with a reported cash balance of AU$4.7 million, up from AU$4.1 million as of December 31, 2022. Pureprofile strategically closed its unprofitable Pure.amplify Media business unit. The company's investments in a new commercial team facilitated a remarkable 35% revenue growth, evident in the opening of an Indonesian sales office and acquisition of a prominent new US client that is now among its top 5 global clients.
