Prospect Resources Limited: Proposed Issue of Securities

Prospect Resources Limited (ASX: PSC) announced a proposed issue of 20 million fully paid ordinary shares under a securities purchase plan (SPP). The record date for the offer is 1 August 2024, and the offer closes on 4 September 2024. The issue date is set for 11 September 2024.

Shareholders can subscribe in increments of AU$1,000, up to a maximum of AU$30,000 per holder, at an offer price of AU$0.10 per security. The capital raised will fund exploration and development activities at the Mumbezhi Copper Project in Zambia and other mineral asset opportunities.
