PMEs U.S. unit, Visage Imaging, secures AU$20 million contract with Oregon Health

Pro Medicus Limited (ASX: PME) reports its U.S. subsidiary, Visage Imaging, Inc., secured an AU$20M, 8-year deal with Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU), a leading academic medical center in Oregon. Covering OHSU Hospital and OHSU Doernbecher Children’s Hospital with 576 beds, OHSU has clinics across Oregon and southwest Washington, employing 20,000 staff.

The agreement utilizes a transactional licensing approach, integrating cloud-based Visage 7, incorporating modules like Visage 7 Open Archive and Visage 7 Workflow. This creates a cohesive diagnostic imaging system with enterprise image distribution into OHSU's electronic health record (EHR). Visage will replace legacy PACS and vendor neutral archive (VNA) across the OHSU enterprise, marking PME's expansion into North American academic medical centers with a transaction-based model and potential upside.
