Ororas Acquisition of Saverglass Update

Orora Limited (ASX: ORA) has provided an update on its acquisition of Saverglass SAS, which was announced on September 5, 2023. The acquisition involves the purchase of all shares of Olympe SAS, and it includes the execution of a Put Option Agreement. This agreement allowed the vendors to sell their shares in Olympe SAS to Orora after the completion of mandatory French works council consultation processes.

Orora is pleased to report that these consultation processes have concluded successfully, and the vendors have exercised the put option. Subsequently, both parties have entered into a binding Share Purchase Agreement. Orora's CEO, Brian Lowe, expressed gratitude to the Saverglass Works Councils for their support of the acquisition, and he looks forward to a successful completion of the transaction.The completion of the Acquisition is expected in the last quarter of CY2023, pending satisfaction of all conditions precedent. Orora will provide further updates to shareholders and the market as the transaction progresses.
