Olam Agri Extends Takeover Bid for Namoi Cotton Limited

Olam Agri Australia Pty Ltd (Olam Agri) has extended the closing date for its off-market takeover offer to acquire all shares in Namoi Cotton Limited (ASX: NAM). The new closing date is 7:00 pm (Sydney time) on 10 September 2024, replacing the previous date of 13 August 2024. The extension has been lodged with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission and communicated to Namoi and its shareholders. Namoi shareholders who have accepted the offer can withdraw their acceptance within one month from the notice date.
