Odyssey Gold Enters Strategic Collaboration to Boost Gold Processing

Odyssey Gold Limited (ASX: ODY) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Monument Murchison Pty Ltd to explore joint processing opportunities at the Burnakura gold processing plant. The collaboration targets ore from Odyssey’s Tuckanarra Gold Project, which holds a mineral resource of 5.14Mt @ 2.5g/t for 407,000 ounces. Located approximately 30km from Burnakura, the Tuckanarra deposits are mostly on granted mining leases and suitable for open-pit mining. Monument, a Canadian-listed gold producer, owns 100% of Burnakura and Gabanintha projects and holds a 20% interest in Tuckanarra. Under the MOU, both parties will conduct technical and commercial evaluations, share information, and pursue necessary regulatory approvals. Odyssey will assess mining feasibility, while Monument evaluates the restart and potential expansion of the Burnakura mill. This strategic move aims to optimize regional resources, enhance production capacity, and benefit from economies of scale amid favourable gold market conditions. The MOU is valid for 12 months.
