NRW Holdings announces the acquisition and METS contracts

NRW Holdings Limited (ASX: NWH) pleased to announce that it has completed the acquisition of Bunbury-based OFI Group Holdings Pty Ltd. The acquisition expands and improves the capabilities and service delivery of the NRW METS Division, which includes RCR Mining Technologies (RCR), DIAB Engineering, and Primero Group. NRW spent around AU$4 million for the OFI firm, which is anticipated to earn AU$40 million in income next fiscal year.

The company also advises that DIAB Engineering has reached an Agreement with IB Operations Pty Ltd for Crusher and Supporting Infrastructure Maintenance works at Iron Bridge. The contract is valued at approx. AU$30 million over three years with an optional two-year extension and is expected to start in May 2023.
