NPR Securityholders Acceptance Instructions for BWP Offer

To accept BWP's off-market takeover offer for NPR Securities, follow these steps before 7:00pm on March 21, 2024. If your NPR Securities are issuer-sponsored, complete and sign the enclosed Acceptance Form or accept online at www.bwpoffer.com.au. For CHESS-sponsored holdings, use the same methods or instruct your broker to accept on your behalf. The offer includes 0.40 BWP Units per NPR Security, valued at $1.39 each.

NPR Directors unanimously recommend acceptance, citing benefits like increased portfolio scale and Wesfarmers income. If BWP doesn't acquire 90% of NPR Securities, some benefits may not materialize.
