North Stawell Minerals Ltd: Results of Entitlement Offer and Notification of Shortfall

North Stawell Minerals Ltd (ASX: NSM) share the success of its recent 4-for-5 non-renounceable, pro-rata entitlement offer at an offer price of AU$0.01 per new share, fully underwritten by Henslow Pty Ltd, raising approximately AU$1.1 million. In addition, a single tranche placement of approximately AU$0.2 million to sophisticated and professional investors at the same offer price brings the total Equity Raising to approximately AU$1.3 million. The Entitlement Offer, which closed on Monday, 14 October 2024, received an overwhelming response, with applications for 46,458,160 new shares, raising approximately AU$464,582.

By the Underwriting Agreement, Henslow will conduct a bookbuild process to sell the Shortfall to professional and sophisticated investors at the Offer Price on Wednesday, 16 October 2024, with the results to be announced on Thursday, 17 October 2024. The ability to sell Entitlements under the Shortfall Bookbuild will depend on various factors, including market conditions. The Company reserves the right to issue Entitlements under the Shortfall Bookbuild at its discretion.
