Nick Woolrych named Managing Director of New World Resources.

New World Resources Limited (ASX: NWC) is pleased to announce that they have appointed Nick Woolrych as Managing Director and CEO, effective immediately. Woolrych, previously the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Director, succeeds Mike Haynes, who transitions to Non-Executive Director after seven years of leadership. Under Haynes, the company acquired and developed significant assets, transforming into a high-grade copper development firm in North America.

Woolrych brings over 20 years of mining industry experience, including roles as CEO of PYBAR Mining Services and Diversified Minerals. His extensive background in financing, operations, and project development, a testament to his leadership skills, positions him well to lead the high-grade Antler Copper Project in Arizona into production. New World will continue to enhance its board and team of leaders to support its resource expansion and exploration initiatives.
