NewPeak Metals Ltd completed the acquisition of George River Canadian Uranium, Rare Earth, and Scandium Project.

NewPeak Metals Ltd (ASX: NPM) announced that it has completed the legal, financial, and technical due diligence investigations related to the George River tenement package. The company is satisfied with the results and finalizes the formal transaction documentation. The expected completion date for this transaction is late June or early July 2024.

NewPeak intends to update its shareholders and the market about the acquisition of the George River Uranium, Rare Earth Elements, and Scandium project in Canada. The company entered a binding term sheet on 14 April 2024 to acquire an extensive George River tenement package covering 23,184 hectares across Quebec and Labrador, Canada.
