Navigator Global Investments Limited (ASX: NGI) announced the successful completion of its fully underwritten AU$47million placement. Each share was issued at AU$1.55 per share. The Company aims to raise upto AU$10 million via SPP. The Placement received strong support from present as well as new investors
The proceeds would be used to fund the investment in Marble Capital and related transaction costs.
