Navarre Minerals Limited: Reorganization of Capital and Cornerstone Investor Secured

Navarre Minerals Limited (ASX: NML) announced that all outstanding statutory reports have been filed, and it has submitted a proposal to the ASX for approval to recapitalize the company. The proposed recapitalization includes a share consolidation and an equity capital raise at AU$0.10 per share to raise between AU$4 million and AU$6 million. The company welcomes Dunkeld Pastoral Co Pty Ltd as an early cornerstone investor, committing to invest at least AU$1 million. Dunkeld is a family company with investments locally and internationally, and their support will be crucial in advancing its exploration projects. The investment from Dunkeld will ensure sustained momentum following the recent positive drilling results from the Tandarra Gold Project JV.
