Nanoveu Limited Faces Court Hearing Over Compliance Issues

Nanoveu Limited (ASX: NVU) is seeking court orders to rectify administrative errors concerning share issuances and report lodgments, scheduled for a hearing in the Supreme Court of Western Australia on March 19, 2024. The errors include three instances of failure to comply with the Corporations Act regarding share issue notifications and a delayed half-year report submission.

Despite later submission of the half-year report on December 4, 2023, Nanoveu faces legal proceedings. The company specializes in protective films and coatings, notably Nanoshield™, utilizing patented Cuprous polymer embedded film for self-disinfection. The technology, featuring charged copper nanoparticles, is applied across various surfaces for antiviral and antimicrobial protection, including mobile screen covers, phone cases, and commercial PVC films.
