Nanosonics Limited reported its 1HFY23 result

On 23 February 2023, Nanosonics Limited (ASX: NAN) released its half year report for the period ended on 31 December 2022:

• The company has reported a 35% increase in half-year revenue, reaching AU$81.6 million, with a capital revenue of AU$25.9 million, which was up 36% compared to the previous corresponding period.
• The global installed base of the company has increased by 1,270 units, reaching 31,120, which is a 4% increase in the last six months and an 11% increase in the last twelve months.
• Nanosonics has continued to invest in strategic growth with operating expenses of AU$54.5 million, which is up 28% compared to the previous corresponding period, and up 14% compared to 2HFY22.
• The operating profit before tax for the half year was AU$11.4 million, compared to AU$3.3 million in the previous corresponding period. It has reported a free cash flow of AU$6.1 million, with cash and cash equivalents of AU$99.3 million as at 31 December 2022.
