Moab Minerals Limited (ASX: MOM) announced a significant milestone in its growth strategy. The acquisition of 81.85% of the shares in Linx Resources Pty Ltd, plus an additional 7.75% following the conversion of loans, has increased Moab’s ownership of Linx to 89.6%.
As the 80% owner of the Prospecting Licenses for the Manyoni and Octavo Uranium Projects in Tanzania, Linx is a strategic addition to its portfolio. With approximately AU$1.9 million in cash and equivalents, Moab is well-equipped to fund exploration and development initiatives.
