Mitre Mining Corporation announced quarterly activities report

Mitre Mining Corporation (ASX: MMC) announced an update on the exploration activities conducted during the December 2022 quarter:

1. The fieldwork in the Batemans project was highly interrupted due to significant rainfall events and subsequent loss of access to some of the exploration areas during the quarter. The company reviews its technical data and conducts a quality assurance check on its data room.
2. The company signed a binding contract to acquire 100% of Bellpark Minerals Pty Ltd which is the owner of the East Pilbara and Mount Alexander Lithium Projects.
3. The company had completed all the statutory reporting requirements for the Araluen Project. Such as Annual Exploration Reports Part a and B. The Annual Environmental and Rehabilitation Compliance Report and the Community Consultation Report to revise the exploration program.
