Miramar Expands Eastern Goldfields Portfolio with Strategic Acquisition Option

Miramar Resources Limited (ASX:M2R) has secured an Exclusive Option to acquire an Application Exploration Licence (E25/654) adjacent to its existing Eastern Goldfields projects, approximately 90 kilometers east of Kalgoorlie. This new tenement is strategically located near Global Lithium Resources' "Manna" lithium project and Kairos Minerals' "Black Cat" REE discovery.

It also borders Miramar's Randalls Project and lies between Silver Lake Resources' Mt Belches and Aldiss gold operations. The area is underexplored despite its promising geology, which includes formations hosting significant gold and lithium deposits. Miramar aims to leverage this acquisition to explore potential gold, lithium, and REE mineralization. The exclusive application right was awarded to Debnal Pty Ltd, controlled by Miramar’s Executive Chairman, Mr. Allan Kelly, in April 2024, ahead of several competitors.
