Mining License Approved

Sarytogan Graphite Limited (ASX: SGA) announced that the Ministry of Industry and Construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan has granted a Mining Licence for its graphite mine development. This milestone secures project tenure and propels the Sarytogan Graphite Project closer to future mine development. The licence was obtained through a thorough process that included negotiating a Land Access Agreement, preparing a closure plan approved by the relevant authorities, converting the project's resource of 229 million tonnes at 28.9% Total Graphitic Carbon to the Kazakh KAZRC code, and conducting extensive community engagement through public environmental hearings.

The Environmental Permit received on 23 December 2024 marked the final requirement for the licence's approval. This Mining Licence represents a significant advancement in Sarytogan's mission to develop its high-grade graphite resource.
