Mid-Market: S&P/ASX 200 Trading Lower By 0.43%; Dragged Down By Healthcare And Materials Sectors

Factors influencing the market-

• S&P/ASX 200 is trading lower after an overnight decline from U.S. markets on the back of still-hawkish rhetoric from the U.S. Federal Reserve.
• Anson Resources Limited’s shares are among the best gainers, following reports of “exceptional geological characteristics” at the explorer’s Green River Lithium Project in Utah, U.S.
• Oil prices fell on Wednesday, with U.S. crude backing off from the key US$90-per-barrel mark, after the Federal Reserve warned of at least one more rate hike before the end of the year, offsetting a weekly petroleum inventory report that showed draws all around.
• The Dow has closed down by 0.22%, the S&P 500 down by 0.94%, and the NASDAQ ended lower by 1.53%.
• Hang Seng is down by 0.62%, and FTSE 100 is up by 0.93%.
