Metarock Group Limited (ASX: MYE) inform that the Office of the Work Health and Safety Prosecutor ("OWHSP") has pressed two charges against Mastermyne Crinum Operations Pty Ltd, a subsidiary of Metarock. This stems from the investigation by Resources Safety & Health Queensland into the tragic incident at Crinum Underground Mine in September 2021.
Mastermyne is actively exploring its legal options. Since this matter is now sub judice, the company should abstain from issuing any further public statements regarding the incident until the legal proceedings are concluded.
