Metalicity boosts exploration efforts at the Kookynie Gold Project with an expanded 80% stake

Metalicity Limited (ASX: MCT) unveils major progress in exploration at the Kookynie Gold Project, situated 50km south of Leonora in WA Goldfields. This positive update follows successful negotiations with Joint Venture partner Nex Metals Exploration, resulting in MCT's increased interest in the JV to 80%. Subject to approval from the JV Management Committee, Metalicity plans to recommence extensive exploration activities at various promising greenfields and brownfields sites identified in 20225.

The primary focus will be on the underexplored yet highly prospective Mulga Plum and Wandin tenements within the Kookynie project. This acceleration in exploration activities is a direct outcome of the recently executed term sheet with the JV partner, allowing Metalicity to enhance its stake in the JV. The company eagerly awaits JV Management Committee approval to progress Kookynie and Yundamindra projects, targeting specific exploration sites.
