Matsa disclosed ongoing disputes in the Devon pit joint venture involving Linden Gold Alliance and Devon Gold Project Pty Ltd

Matsa Resources Limited (ASX: MAT), about its recent announcements about the joint venture concerning the Devon pit, involving Linden Gold Alliance Limited (Linden) and Linden's wholly-owned subsidiary, Devon Gold Project Pty Ltd (Devon), operating under the Mine Management and Profit-Sharing Joint Venture Agreement for the Devon Gold Mine Joint Venture (JVA), has disclosed ongoing disputes among the involved parties.

Matsa has confirmed that the parties engaged in the JVA are currently engaged in confidential discussions, without prejudice, with the aim of resolving these disputes through a mutually agreeable commercial solution. To facilitate these discussions, a standstill agreement has been established. Under this agreement, all parties involved have consented to refrain from making any additional claims or demands against each other under the JVA.
