Marvel Gold Acquires Hanang Gold Project and Secures AU$4.2 million for Exploration.

Marvel Gold Limited (ASX: MVL) has announced the acquisition of the Hanang Gold Project in Tanzania’s Iramba-Sekenke Greenstone Belt through the purchase of Cobra Resources Limited for US$200,000 in cash and Marvel shares worth AU$175,000. This 230km² land package consists of five Prospecting Licenses with multiple high-priority gold targets. Concurrently, Marvel has raised AU$4.235 million via a two-tranche placement at AU$0.008 per share to support exploration efforts. 

The company has also appointed Timothy Strong as Executive Director to lead the project. Exploration planning is underway, including soil geochemistry, airborne drone magnetics, and an RC drilling program. The placement, which includes director participation, is subject to shareholder approval. With a strengthened leadership team and secured funding, Marvel is well-positioned to advance its exploration activities and unlock Hanang’s potential within a proven gold-rich jurisdiction.
