Little Green Pharma Expands Horizons with Acquisition of Health House Australia.

Little Green Pharma Ltd (ASX: LGP) has entered a binding letter of intent to acquire Health House Australia Pty Ltd, a medicinal cannabis distribution business, for AU$1.25 million. The acquisition aligns with LGP's strategy of expanding through sustainable businesses at attractive valuations. Health House currently generates approximately AU$7.5 million in annual revenue and operates at a cashflow breakeven level. The acquisition is expected to deliver significant operational synergies and strengthen LGP’s vertical integration, while ensuring Health House remains a key distribution partner. 

The deal includes an exclusivity period until 31 January 2025, during which LGP will complete due diligence and finalize terms. LGP has already paid a AU$50,000 non-refundable deposit and a AU$25,000 refundable deposit, both applied toward the final price. This move positions LGP to enhance its presence in the medicinal cannabis market and capitalize on strategic growth opportunities.
