Link Administration Holdings Limited (ASX: LNK), also known as Link Group, has entered into a new contract with its long-standing client Rest, extending their partnership for an additional five years. The newly established agreement, effective from May 2023, provides Rest with the opportunity to extend the contract for two additional periods of 12 months each. Link Group's Retirement and Superannuation Solutions (RSS) business will continue to provide core administration and customer engagement services to Rest, with a focus on digital solutions, data capability, member experience enhancement, and information security.
Rest, a retail sector superannuation fund, has been a client of Link Group since 1992 and has experienced significant growth over the years. With over 1.9 million members and approximately AU$70 billion in funds under management as of December 2022, Rest is one of the largest industry superannuation funds in terms of membership.
