Limepay has entered into a two-year exclusivity agreement with Lessn

Spenda Limited (ASX: SPX) announces that its subsidiary, Limepay Pty Ltd, has successfully finalized a Master Services Agreement with HospoPay Pty Limited. This agreement empowers Limepay to manage payment volume efficiently using its cutting-edge transaction processing gateway. Through this strategic alliance, Lessn will seamlessly integrate Limepay’s white-labeled payment widget product to offer top-notch payment services on Lessn’s platform.

This collaboration is projected to significantly boost Limepay’s current payment volumes by approximately 40% to around AU$167 million annually. Lessn’s decision to transition to Limepay is driven by the pursuit of significantly higher Annual Recurring Revenue following the proposed Limepay acquisition. The signing of the Lessn agreement marks a remarkable 40% growth in Limepay’s ARR, with even more substantial revenue growth anticipated from this impactful partnership.
