Lake Resources NL (ASX: LKE) announced that it had signed a Conditional Framework Contract with WMC Energy B.V. for supplying up to 25k mtpa of battery-grade Li from the Kachi Project and a 10% investment by WMC Energy in Lake Resources.
Under the contract, WMC will invest in Lake resources at AU$1.20 per share to Aid the realization of the Kachi Project & supply 50% of lithium product up to 25k mtpa of LCE from the Kachi project for an early 10 years with a chance to increase this period with an extra 5 years.
