Labyrinth Resources launched a new drilling program to increase high-grade gold reserves

Labyrinth Resources Limited (ASX: LRL) announced plans to increase exploration activities at its Comet Vale gold-copper-nickel project in Western Australia and its Labyrinth Gold Project in Canada to create shareholder value by expanding the known Resources at each project.

Despite extensive high-grade gold and copper mineralisation and evidence of nickel laterite at the Comet Vale project, it has been 15 years since any genuine surface exploration activities have been undertaken there. The company has recently conducted a full review of the geology and known mineralisation, and an initial phase of on-ground mapping has also been completed. This mapping exercise has revealed that the project has significant potential but is under-explored.
