Killi Resources Limited (ASX: KLI) announced that assays from geochemical samples have identified two additional gold-copper anomalies, parallel to the Kaa main trend, within the 100% owned Mt Rawdon West Project in Queensland. The new potential structures, located along ridges to the north and south of the main trend, exhibit similar anomalous pathfinder elements to Kaa, including antimony, bismuth, mercury, and tungsten.
A high-grade gold structure was recently confirmed at Kaa, with rock chip assays returning up to AU$238g/t Au, 5.4% Cu and 907g/t Ag. The company is currently processing the Induced Polarisation (IP) survey data, with results expected in the coming weeks, followed by a maiden drill campaign to test depth extensions of high-grade gold surface mineralisation and potential IP anomalies. The new mineralised trends, all of which remain open along strike, further highlight the potential for a significant new epithermal gold system at the Kaa target.
