Kelly Partners Group Holdings Limited reveals strong FY 2023 financial results

Kelly Partners Group Holdings Limited (ASX: KPG) reports FY 2023 financial results. The group recorded a substantial 33.4% surge in revenue, reaching AU$86.5 million. Despite a minor dip of -1.6%, underlying EBITDA settled at 19.7 million, aligning with an operating EBITDA margin of 27.3%. Cashflow from operations showcased a robust ascent of 8.2%, totalling AU$15.4 million.

The group's revenue expansion was notably augmented by acquired sources, contributing AU$18.7 million, equivalent to 28.7% of the overall growth. Noteworthy were in-year acquisitions during FY23, contributing AU$10.8 million, alongside revenue from FY22 acquisitions, which added AU$7.9 million. Organic growth played a significant role, contributing 4.7% to the overall advancement. Importantly, both acquired and organic revenue growth significantly exceeded or closely aligned with the targeted 5% threshold set by the group.
