Jayride Group (ASX: JAY) has completed its leadership transition, positioning itself for growth in the global travel technology sector. The company has launched a partially underwritten entitlement offer to raise up to AU$4.3 million at AU$0.003 per share, backed by a new lead investor underwriting AU$1 million.
