Invictus Energys Quarterly Progress: Advancing Cabora Bassa Project.

Invictus Energy Ltd. (ASX: IVZ) achieved significant milestones this quarter, including completing the final review of the Petroleum Production Sharing Agreement (PPSA), which ensures value sharing among stakeholders for the Cabora Bassa Project. Exploration efforts advanced, with eight high-potential prospects identified in the eastern basin, totaling 2.9 Tcf gas and 184 million barrels of condensate. The next drilling campaign will focus on the Musuma prospect, estimated to hold over 1 Tcf of recoverable gas and 73 million barrels of condensate. Plans for 3D seismic, appraisal drilling, and testing at Mukuyu gas field are underway to support development and early commercialization.

On the corporate front, Invictus completed an AU$10 million strategic Zimbabwe capital raise, including AU$2 million in oversubscriptions. The AGM successfully passed all resolutions, further strengthening its strategic initiatives. The company’s transition from exploration to development is supported by ongoing farm-out discussions and a growing partnership network.
