They've demonstrated up to 40% longer shelf-life for soft fruits treated with Zoono products, crucial for reducing food waste.

Zoono's protective layer inhibits microbial growth without compromising safety regulations. The agreement grants OSY exclusivity in the food supply chain, with key terms including a 5-year initial term and commission structures. Both companies target significant cost savings for customers, focusing on niche markets like supermarkets and food producers. Initial sales expectations hover around NZ$1.25m, with potential for substantial savings in the industry.
