IncentiaPay Secures Loan Amendment for Extended Financial Flexibility

IncentiaPay Limited (ASX: INP) and NGCH have mutually agreed to amend their Convertible Loan Deed, resulting in a deferment of the principal repayment date from December 31, 2024, to December 31, 2025. Additionally, interest payments, originally due by December 31, 2024, will now be deferred until December 31, 2025. Notably, existing terms and conditions will remain unchanged, ensuring no interest on accrued interest and disallowing the conversion of deferred interest to equity.

IncentiaPay, Australia and New Zealand’s premier Entertainment, Lifestyle, and Rewards Platform, sees this amendment as crucial. The CEO, Ani Chakraborty, expressed excitement, emphasizing the opportunity it provides for the company to focus on its revenue pivot plan, following the successful execution of cost reduction and technology transformation initiatives. This amendment extends the company's operational cash runway.
