Inca Minerals secures 54.2% stake in Stunalara Metals.

Inca Minerals Limited (ASX: ICG) has announced that its off-market takeover bid for Stunalara Metals Limited (Stunalara) has reached 54.2% acceptances, totaling 24,687,479 shares as of March 13, 2025. Additionally, major shareholder Andrew Haythorpe (18.7%) has confirmed his intention to accept the offer, provided no superior proposal emerges and the Independent Expert deems the offer fair and reasonable, or at least reasonable. 

The offer remains subject to standard conditions, including Inca securing at least 90% ownership of Stunalara shares by the end of the offer period. The bid, which was officially launched on February 25, 2025, is set to close on April 4, 2025, unless extended under the Corporations Act. This development marks a significant step toward Inca’s strategic acquisition of Stunalara Metals.
