Income Asset Management Group Limited (ASX: IAM) is improving its operational efficiency and financial outcomes through a significant agreement with Perpetual Corporate Trust. By centralizing custody, settlement, corporate actions, and client reporting on one platform, IAM anticipates annual savings exceeding AU$4 million and aims for profitability by the end of FY25. This transition is part of IAM's strategy to enhance revenue quality, as secondary trading now represents 64% of total revenue in FY24, up from 43% the previous year.
The company is also pursuing growth initiatives, such as a Direct Private Credit loan offering that has achieved AU$385 million in funds under administration (FUA) and the imminent launch of a single-bond ETF. Over the past three years, IAM has expanded to AU$2 billion in Capital Markets FUA, serving more than 2,000 client accounts, thereby positioning itself for ongoing growth and improved financial health.
