HMC Capital Targets Energy Transition with $950 million Asset Acquisition

HMC Capital Limited (ASX: HMC) has made a bold move into renewable energy by securing agreements to acquire Victorian assets from French developer Neoen for $950 million. The purchase includes four operational projects with a combined capacity of 652 megawatts and six development projects totaling 2,800 megawatts.
