Green Technology Metals (ASX: GT1) has launched a non-renounceable, partially underwritten Entitlement Offer to raise up to AU$4 million at AU$0.04 per share, with AU$3 million underwritten by Canaccord Genuity and Bell Potter Securities. The offer is backed by company directors and institutional investors, reflecting strong confidence in GT1’s long-term strategy. Funds will be allocated towards Seymour Project’s Definitive Feasibility Study, permitting, indigenous consultation, and the Lithium Conversion Facility Pre-Feasibility Study.
Eligible shareholders can participate on a pro-rata basis of 1 new share for every 3.85 shares held, with an option to apply for additional shares. GT1’s Ontario-based lithium projects have a combined resource of 24.9Mt at 1.13% Li₂O, positioning the company as a key player in North America's lithium sector. The offer closes on April 15, 2025, with new shares expected to be listed by April 28, 2025.
