On 16th February, 2023, GR Engineering Services Limited (ASX: GNG) announced that Tony Patrizi has been appointed as the new Managing Director, effective immediately. Patrizi has over 40 years of expertise in the mining and minerals processing industry as a Mechanical Engineer. Additionally, he is a co-founder of GR Engineering. He has been a part of the company's senior management team since its inception and previously served as acting Managing Director since October 2022.
The commencement date of the agreement is set for 16 February, 2023. Mr. Patrizi's fixed remuneration will be a salary of AU$650,000 per year, which includes statutory superannuation.
Mr. Patrizi will have the opportunity to participate in GR Engineering Services Limited's Equity Incentive Plan (Plan), and any incentive securities granted to him will be subject to the Plan's terms and conditions. Additionally, Mr. Patrizi may be eligible to receive cash bonuses, at the discretion of the Board of Directors.
