Golden Rim Resources Ltd (ASX: GMR) has successfully concluded a 4,200m diamond drilling (DD) program at the Kada Gold Project in Guinea. The extensive DD campaign covered the Bereko and Massan prospects, with the maiden DD at Bereko confirming the width, grade, and orientation of mineralization. At Massan, the drilling focused on exploring open mineralization at depth and increasing the geologic confidence for an updated Mineral Resource Estimate (MRE) expected in the second half of 2023.
A structural review of the diamond drilling is currently underway, with assay results from the final holes anticipated in August. This comprehensive drilling effort has provided valuable structural information, enhancing the geologic understanding of mineralization at Kada and preparing for an MRE expansion and update. Overall, the progress marks an important milestone for Golden Rim's West African gold exploration endeavours.
