Globe has secured additional funding of up to US$1.2 million

Globe Metals & Mining Limited (ASX: GBE) has secured an additional unsecured loan facility of up to US$1.2 million from Director Bo Tan to support its short-term working capital needs. This non-dilutive funding allows the company to focus on completing its updated Feasibility Study and securing off-take agreements.

Moreover, The Kanyika Niobium Project, located in central Malawi, approximately 55km northeast of Kasangu, is backed by a Large-Scale Mining Licence (LML0216/21), ensuring tenure security and the right to mine niobium, tantalum, zirconium, and other metals. With extensive drilling programs covering 33.8 km, the project has a well-defined mineral resource under JORC 2012 standards. Globe Metals & Mining plans to develop the project in two phases, significantly reducing risks. The fully integrated mine site will include mining, concentration, and refining facilities, producing high-purity niobium and tantalum oxides for direct export to Western markets.
