Global Lithium Resources Limited has received a revised 249D notice.

Global Lithium Resources Limited (ASX: GL1) received revised notices under sections 203D and 249D of the Corporations Act 2001 from Sincerity Development Pty Ltd. These notices urge the Company to convene a shareholder meeting to consider proposed Board changes. The proposed changes involve the removal of independent non-executive directors Mr Greg Lilleyman and Ms Hayley Lawrance and the appointment of Mr Liaoliang Zhu to the Board.

Additionally, the notices include a resolution to limit the number of directors on the GL1 Board to three. Global Lithium is actively reviewing the Revised Requisition Notices and will regularly update shareholders on any significant developments.
