GL1 seeks to address Sinceritys resolutions at the 2024 AGM

Global Lithium Resources Limited (ASX: GL1) recently attended a hearing before Justice Hill at the Supreme Court of Western Australia on September 11, 2024. The Company sought orders to address section 249D requisitions from Sincerity Development Pty Ltd concurrently with its 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM). Justice Hill extended the timeframe for Global Lithium to call the meeting until two business days after the judgment delivery or further orders.

The substantive hearing is scheduled for September 18, 2024. Global Lithium aims to include Sincerity's resolutions at its AGM on November 28, 2024, to minimize costs and address corporate governance issues. The Company is also focused on implementing cost-cutting measures and understanding any remaining concerns from Sincerity, ensuring shareholder rights are protected under the Corporations Act and the evolving lithium market.
