Genex Power Limited provided an update on its activities and performance for the quarter ended 31 December 2023

Genex Power Limited (ASX: GNX) provided an update on its activities and performance for the quarter ended 31 December 2023. During the period, the company's Kidston Solar Project (KS1) and the Jemalong Solar Project (JSP) generated 30,791MWh and 30,975MWh, respectively, renewable energy for total revenue of AU$6.2 million.

During the quarter, work on the ongoing subsurface digging, and construction of the dam remained a top priority for K2-Hydro. The construction is scheduled to be completed in the 2HFY24. The Tesla Megapacks' foundations were constructed as part of ongoing construction at BBP during the Period. At the end of the quarter on December 31, 2022, the firm had AU$65.3 million in cash in the bank.
