FY24 Distribution and 2024 Annual General Meetings

Transurban Group (ASX: TCL) is intended for Transurban Finance Company Pty Ltd noteholders. For the six months ending on 30 June 2024, a distribution of 32.0 cents per stapled security will be paid from Transurban Holding Trust and its controlled entities. Transurban Holdings Limited and Transurban International Limited will not pay dividends for this period. The level of tax deferral for distributions paid in FY24 will be confirmed in Tax Statements to be issued with the final distribution in August 2024.

Transurban has announced that the 2024 Annual General Meetings for security holders of Transurban Holdings Limited and Transurban International Limited, alongside a meeting of unitholders of Transurban Holding Trust, will occur on 22 October 2024. As per regulatory requirements, further details about the 2024 Annual General Meetings, including the Notice of Meetings, will be provided to security holders.
