Foresta Group Secures AU$1.1 million Capital Raise to Advance Renewable Pine Chemical Projects.

Foresta Group Holdings Limited (ASX: FGH) has secured commitments for a AU$1.1 million AUD  through the placement of 220,000,000 fully paid ordinary shares at AU$0.005 each, a 25% premium to the last trading price of AU$0.004 prior to its suspension on October 1, 2024. Each share comes with one free unlisted option exercisable at AU$0.02 within two years. The placement, supported by new and existing investors, will fund general working capital and advance Foresta’s flagship New Zealand project.

Notable participation includes Executive Chairman Henry Cheng and Executive Director Dr. Maurice Fabiani, subject to shareholder approval. Settlement is expected on November 29, 2024, with 204 million shares issued under ASX Listing Rules 7.1 and 7.1A. Foresta specializes in natural pine chemical and biomass pellet production using proprietary extraction processes for industrial applications, aiming to become a global leader in renewable solutions.
